Care at CFL Estates is individualized and tailored to the needs of each resident. We empower our residents to make choices concerning their lives here, to be involved in their care plan and to maintain their independence.

We provide the following:

• SAMM - Self-administered Medication Management Program
• Escorts to meals and activities
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Attention to good nutrition and therapeutic diets
• Access to therapies prescribed by physicians

Residents choose their own personal physician. We offer our own licensed Home Health Care Agency on site, as one of many, when ordered by a physician.
