Three women are tucked under dryers in the hairdressing salon. A small group is chatting in Yiddish with the activity director. Two late risers are having Continental breakfast in the Bakery, enjoying coffee and fresh pastry served by a volunteer.

CFL Estates' wheelchair accessible bus is waiting at the curb for departure for NOSH shopping. Upstairs in their apartments, residents are enjoying the Today Show or reading a book from the library or simply relaxing. The word at CFL Estates is "individual choice" and there are nearly unlimited possibilities.

Cohen Florence Levine Estates hosts special festive brunches, barbecues, off-site picnics and holiday observances throughout the year for residents and their guests. Groups visit restaurants regularly for lunch. A welcome social for new residents is held monthly in the Bakery Café. Shabbat is celebrated weekly with a traditional meal featuring home-baked challas. Residents look forward to monthly birthday parties, teas and to the Gala January 1st New Year's Brunch.
