A 123-bed skilled nursing home, CJNH continues the tradition of promoting independence with dignity, while offering greater supervision on a temporary or permanent basis and a wide range of restorative therapies.

The new Florence & Chafetz Home for Specialized Care will provide yet another alternative for those who are experiencing reduced independence, increased physical disabilities, Alzheimer's Disease or other forms of dementia. Opening in the fall of 2002, Florence & Chafetz will provide 36 private units in three individual neighborhoods of twelve. Such intimate living is designed to reduce confusion, minimize nursing home displacement and promote well being. Experienced staff will be specially trained to meet the needs of Florence & Chafetz residents.
