		Cohen Florence Levine Estates opened its doors in 1996. CFL Estates was created largely through the generosity of Leonard and Charlotte (Cohen) Florence and Mel Levine as an affordable, high-quality assisted living - the first of its kind in the area. Continuing support from generous donors permits greater comforts and privileges every year.

			CFL Estates assisted living is dedicated to the promotion of comfort, health and well being among its residents. Our spacious home offers sixty-nine private apartments, gracious gathering spaces, delicious kosher food and a creative range of activities and recreation.		For residents who may need greater assistance with the tasks of daily living, including those with Alzheimer’s Disease, senile dementia and physical disabilities, the new Florence & Chafetz Home for Specialized Care, opening in the Fall of 2002, will provide thirty-six private accommodations with extraordinary supervision and activities.
