Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home Foundation has joined
with Wainwright Bank of Boston to provide a quick, convenient means
of making donations to our organization. You may send Tributes,
join our organization, renew your membership, make donations to
our various funds and agencies – all on the Internet.
Donations On-line are limited to at least $20.
You
are invited to donate to the funds listed below. We will notify
the recipient of your donation immediately with a handsome card
containing your personal message.
Just follow these easy steps.
Please read the entire instructions before proceeding.
1. When you click on Donate Now, you will be linked to our
Donations 0n-line web site
2. Click the purple icon on the upper right of the Donations On
Line screen.
3. Complete the required information. If your donation is a Tribute
(In Honor Of or In Memory Of), you must include the full name and
address of the recipient and your own name and address in the Special
Instructions box provided. If you are making any other type
of donation, you must identify the Fund and include your own name
and address in the Special Instructions box.
4. Fill in you credit card information completely. You may use Visa,
Master Charge or American Express credit cards.
