Take the Mystic Tobin Bridge. Take the first exit off the bridge. At the bottom of the ramp, make a U turn through the gate, which will take you under the bridge. This is Admiral's Hill. Take your first right: Captain's Row. Follow Captain's Row to the end. Cohen Florence Levine Estates is on your right. |

Take the Chelsea/Carter exit. This is the last exit before the Mystic Tobin Bridge. Take a Left at the light onto Everett Avenue. Take a right at the next intersection with a Burger King and Shopping Mall at the light. Follow this road through two sets of lights until you see a sign for Admiral's Hill. Cohen Florence Levine Estates is on your left. |

Come out of Cohen Florence Levine Estates and turn right. Go to the stop sign and turn right onto Commandant's Way. Continue straight until you go under an overpass. Then take your second right, which is Heard Street. Go to the end of Heard Street and take a left onto Washington Avenue. You will see Smith, Torf and Anthony's funeral homes on the right. You are now on Forsythe Street. Continue to the top of the hill and take a left onto Lafayette Avenue. Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home is 200 yards on the right. |
