Eligibility
The Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home is a non-denominational residence that adheres to the traditions of Judaism while observing the needs and interests of all its residents.
Seniors are eligible for admission to CJNH if they are:
- In need of skilled nursing care or rehabilitation
- Too frail or debilitated to live at home or in an assisted living facility
- Suffering from medical complications of age, including dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
CJNH accepts:
- Private Pay
- Medicare (post hospitalization)
- Long Term Care Insurance
- Medicaid
