Each of the 69 studio and one-bedroom private apartments are complete with their own kitchenette, full bath, and generous closet space.

Designed by DiMella Shaffer Associates, Inc. of Boston, and developed through the generosity of Leonard and Charlotte (Cohen) Florence, Mel Levine, and others, CFL Estates is for seniors who are having difficulty maintaining independence in their own homes, offering privacy when wanted and assistance when needed. Our sun-filled environment packed with many relaxing gathering spots and modern amenities are certain to bring residents together, creating an active community where friendships are forged.

The health and well-being of every resident is our highest priority at CFL Estates. Safety features and conveniences for senior living are everywhere, from elevators to emergency call buttons to wide corridors and cleaning services.
